Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for daily HR operations and general administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the employee onboarding process and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as letters, contracts, and reports.
  • Help organize internal company events, meetings, and HR-related activities.
  • Assist in responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A strong desire to learn about HR operations and administration.

Hard Skills:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written communication skills for preparing documents and reports.
