Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and assist in recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports accurately.
  • Travel to various locations as needed to assist with on-site recruitment drives, trainings, and candidate assessments.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in recruitment, talent management, and human resources.

Hard Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
