Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support business growth while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)</li>
<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements</li>
<li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking</li>
<li>Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders</li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs</li>
<li>Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives</li>
<li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process</li>
<li>Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire)</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring regulations</li>
</ul>
