Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively contact existing and potential customers via phone and email to promote banking products. 

- Perform outbound cold and warm calls using leads provided by the client to generate interest, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales. 

- Engage customers with effective communication to build interest and close sales opportunities

- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets set by management. 

- Work closely with team members and leader to meet overall project KPIs. 

Job Requirements

 Required Qualifications: 

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent. 
2. At least 1 year of telemarketing or telesales experience, preferably in banking or financial services. 
3. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
