Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries within the designated timeframe
- Handle customer inquiries through our support channels
- Provide suitable service recovery, support, and recommendations to customers
- Aid customers with a variety of issues including product information, purchases, delivery status, orders, payments, promotions, feedback, and complaints
- Properly record and escalate customers' feedback and issues to relevant departments
Requirements :
- Minimum qualification of SPM/Diploma or relevant certification in any discipline is required
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English languages is necessary
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Services field, with an advantage of call center experience
- Possess good presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to tailor the product to meet customer requirements
- Proficient in using computers
- Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
