Job Description

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice calls, emails, and live chat systems.
• Address and resolve diverse customer concerns, ranging from transactional issues (e.g., order modifications, cancellations) to informational requests.
• Accurately record customer data and interaction logs.
• Consistently meet or exceed campaign-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Strictly adhere to data security protocols to ensure the confidentiality of customer databases and sensitive project information.

Job Requirements

•  Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required; fluency in Cantonese or other dialects is a significant advantage for specific campaign assignments 
• Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule, which may include weekends and Public Holidays to support 24/7 operations
• Openness to undergo product and system training to master campaign-specific knowledge
•  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain professional and empathetic in high-pressure environments 
•  Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for contract positions
