Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Handle day to day finance & accounting related tasks and assist in monitoring payables to ensure payments are made within credit terms.

● Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.

● Assist with accounts and vendor communication.

● Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

● Focusing on account receivables reconciliation.

● Assist in ensuring approvals are made within the Limit of Authority for payment requisitions.

● Assist in updating cash books daily.

● Ensure expenses are recognized in accordance with sound Accounting practices and company policies.

● Additional duties and/or any task as assigned by superior.

● Finance/ Accounting students are encouraged to apply.

● No prior work experience required.

● Passionate about learning and gaining experience in the Finance field.

● Demonstrate good teamwork abilities and are willing to go above and beyond.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

● Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in accounting, or a related field.

● ACCA & LCCI students are welcomed to apply.

● Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Preferred language(s): Mandarin.

● Duration of 3-12 month(s)

● Other skills required are related to problem solving, entering and verifying data, knowledge of computers, various software applications and standard office equipment.

● Should have good written and oral communication skills.
