What We Do

enzee is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance &amp; Procurement Intern who’s ready to challenge themselves and make real impacts in a fast-paced agency environment. You will support daily finance operations, procurement activities, and administrative tasks that ensure smooth business flow across the company.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
Finance Support
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.</li>
<li>Support reconciliation of accounts, expense tracking, and data entry into the finance system.</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of audit-related documents when needed.</li>
</ul>
Procurement Support
<ul>
<li>Assist in sourcing and comparing quotations from suppliers.</li>
<li>Support the preparation of Purchase Orders (PO) and update the procurement tracking system.</li>
<li>Follow up with vendors on delivery, invoicing, and order status.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining purchase history and ensuring documents are complete and accurate.</li>
</ul>
General Administrative Support
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams for procurement requests.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal processes and approvals.</li>
<li>Perform other finance, procurement, and admin-related tasks assigned by the team.</li>
</ul>
