enzee is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Procurement Intern who’s ready to challenge themselves and make real impacts in a fast-paced agency environment. You will support daily finance operations, procurement activities, and administrative tasks that ensure smooth business flow across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Support

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Support reconciliation of accounts, expense tracking, and data entry into the finance system.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of audit-related documents when needed.

Procurement Support

• Assist in sourcing and comparing quotations from suppliers.
• Support the preparation of Purchase Orders (PO) and update the procurement tracking system.
• Follow up with vendors on delivery, invoicing, and order status.
• Assist in maintaining purchase history and ensuring documents are complete and accurate.

General Administrative Support

• Coordinate with internal teams for procurement requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and approvals.
• Perform other finance, procurement, and admin-related tasks assigned by the team.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates waiting for placement are also encouraged to apply.
