What We Do

As a HR Management Intern you will be a vital part of our team, assisting with essential HR functions and helping to enhance the employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Involve in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the People &amp; Culture team, including managing employee files, entering data and assisting with reporting.</li>
<li>Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aimed at boosting employee engagement, satisfaction and well-being.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the People &amp; Culture team to brainstorm and execute initiatives that  foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.</li>
</ul>
Other Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support in regular monitoring of office supplies, amenities, and overall workplace conditions for maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming office environment.</li>
<li>Assist with planning and organizing events, including selecting venues, coordinating logistics and liaising with vendors.</li>
<li>Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution, from registration to post-event wrap-up.</li>
</ul>
