We’re looking for a junior AI Content Specialist who’s excited to explore and grow in the world of AI-powered creativity. This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience creating AI-driven images, videos, audio, and experimental content across different clients and industries.

You’ll constantly test new tools, refine prompts, and find better ways to turn ideas into compelling content. There isn’t always a fixed playbook, so comfort with experimentation, iteration, and learning on the go is essential.

If you’re looking for a role with rigid workflows, limited creative range, or a minimal learning curve, this probably isn’t it. But if you enjoy pushing boundaries, adapting quickly, and shaping how AI fits into real-world creative work, you’ll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated content across visual, video, and audio formats based on creative briefs.
• Translate ideas into AI prompts and workflows, refining outputs through iteration and feedback.
• Experiment with AI tools and creative techniques to improve output quality and explore new formats.
• Support projects across different clients and industries, adapting content for various platforms and audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, copywriters, and account teams on campaign work.
• Stay curious and continue learning about AI tools, creative technology, and platform trends.
• Review and refine AI outputs with attention to quality and responsible AI use.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Early-career or junior talent with a strong interest in AI, creative technology, and content creation.
• Some hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools (personal projects, coursework, freelance, or internships all count).
• A good creative instinct and willingness to learn through feedback and iteration.
• Comfortable trying new tools and adapting in a fast-moving, project-based environment.
• Organized, curious, and collaborative.

• Have a background or strong interest in content creation, design, video, audio, or digital marketing.
• Are familiar with social media platforms and digital content formats.
• Have personal AI experiments, side projects, or a small portfolio showing curiosity and exploration.
• Are interested in branding and storytelling within real client work.
