Key Responsibilities:

<li>Strategic Marketing &amp; Communication: Develop and implement integrated marketing, communication, social media and content strategies depending on the client’s needs and objectives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Concept Development</li>
<ul>
<li>Brainstorm and pitch innovative ideas for campaigns, taglines, and social media content strategies.</li>
<li>Work closely with creative and account teams to translate client briefs into impactful messaging.</li>
</ul>
<li>Content Development: Craft compelling content for social media, articles, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing collaterals. Collaborate with designers and creative teams to align visuals with written content.</li>
<li>Editing and Proofreading</li>
<ul>
<li>Review and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and grammatical excellence.</li>
<li>Adapt copy based on client feedback and project requirements.</li>
</ul>
<li>Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business goals and client objectives.</li>
<li>Client Communication: Collaborate closely with account managers/ clients to align messaging with client expectations and deliver seamless communication strategies.</li>
<li>Social Media &amp; Digital Presence: Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community management, and performance analytics.</li>
<li>Market Research: Analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.</li>
<li>Proposal Involvement</li>
<ul>
<li>Involve in providing proposed social media strategy, content and copywriting that are relevant to the proposals.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Research industry trends and competitors to strengthen proposals on social media content and tailor responses to client needs.</li>
</ul>
<li>Brand Management &amp; Alignment: Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints and maintain brand guidelines. Maintain brand voice consistency of social media materials for different clients.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Reporting &amp; Analysis: Track key performance metrics, produce regular reports, and recommend optimizations for ongoing improvement.</li>
