Job Description

We are looking for a Motion & Graphic Designer to bring our brand and content to life through compelling visuals and animations. You will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, static visuals, and digital assets for social media, advertising campaigns, product videos, presentations, and more. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, storytelling, and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging motion graphics for videos, advertisements, social media, websites, and internal communications.
• Develop static and animated content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
• Edit and enhance video content with typography, transitions, and other motion elements.
• Create storyboards, mood boards, and visual concepts for campaigns or product launches.
• Produce high-quality graphic design materials such as banners, posters, presentation decks, infographics, and digital assets.
• Adapt and resize design assets across multiple platforms and formats to ensure visual consistency.
• Maintain and organize a library of graphic and animation assets.
• Support branding initiatives by ensuring all visual outputs follow established brand identity and design standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve creative output.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
   

Job Requirements

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience in motion graphics and visual design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and animation principles.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with social media trends and content formats (Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.).
• Experience in branding, marketing campaigns, or digital content production.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and web design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a bonus.
• Experience with 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar is a plus.
