Our ideal team member thrives under pressure, thinks on their feet, and turns challenges into opportunities. We’re looking for someone who:

Thrives in the fast lane: Can handle high-stakes situations without panic, staying sharp even when news or social chatter spikes.

Obsessed with impact: Focuses on insights and actions that truly move the needle, not just monitoring for the sake of it.

Curious and proactive: Spots trends, potential crises, or opportunities before anyone else does, and speaks up with solutions.

Disciplined under pressure: Can juggle multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and unexpected challenges without losing focus.

Fearless and resilient: Handles criticism, sensitive issues, and public scrutiny calmly and professionally.

Owns the outcome: Doesn’t wait to be told what to do—takes initiative and drives results.
