Working Hours

Tuesday to Saturday
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Maintain healthy and professional relationships with clients.
• Communicate with existing clients via calls and arrange appointments.
• Understand customers’ interests and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
• Keep customers updated on the latest products and promotions to increase sales.
• Expand the customer base through upselling and cross-selling activities.
• Support and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good customer service and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong business sense, logical thinking, and analytical ability.
• Leadership qualities with a high sense of responsibility.
• Team player with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage.
