Role Description

The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing the overall financial management, reporting,

and compliance of EO Plus Holdings Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries. This role ensures strong

financial governance, accurate reporting, effective cost control, and supports management with

strategic financial insights

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience in financial management, accounting, or financial controlling roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, statutory compliance, taxation, and internal control frameworks.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Experience in managing audits, liaising with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
• Good leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and guide finance personnel.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
