Your Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work closely with sub-contractors to monitor and evaluate their performance.
• Track project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all work adheres to drawings, specifications, and established procedures.
• Promote a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to build efficient project taskforces.
• Assist with contract negotiations involving vendors, contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.
• Prepare daily site reports and other necessary documentation (progress claims, site memoranda).
• Attend site inspections, meetings, and events.
• Maintain attendance records for all site workers.
• Check inventory regularly and coordinate orders for building materials.
• Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.
• Drive project completion within the established timeline.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• A degree or diploma in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong leadership potential, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Availability to travel to project sites as required.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
• Own transportation is necessary.
