Your Role &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Supervise and manage daily construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.</li>
<li>Work closely with sub-contractors to monitor and evaluate their performance.</li>
<li>Track project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement corrective actions as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure all work adheres to drawings, specifications, and established procedures.</li>
<li>Promote a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and protocols.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to build efficient project taskforces.</li>
<li>Assist with contract negotiations involving vendors, contractors, and sub-contractors.</li>
<li>Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.</li>
<li>Prepare daily site reports and other necessary documentation (progress claims, site memoranda).</li>
<li>Attend site inspections, meetings, and events.</li>
<li>Maintain attendance records for all site workers.</li>
<li>Check inventory regularly and coordinate orders for building materials.</li>
<li>Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.</li>
<li>Drive project completion within the established timeline.</li>
</ul>
