We are a dynamic interior design and renovation company based in Kota Damansara, dedicated to creating exceptional spaces that inspire and delight.

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, considering materials, labor, and other related expenses.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine accurate quantity take-offs.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the tendering process, including the preparation of bills of quantities and tender documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documentation, including material requests.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to achieve project goals.
• To undertake ad hoc duties as required by the nature of the projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in quantity surveying.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin would be added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to take direction both positive and negative feedback.
• Willing to work in Kota Damansara.
