Contract: 1-year (renewable) with opportunity for permanent employment.
The candidate will be reporting to the PARC Lead. The scope requires the candidate to support the operations and upkeep of a community park, its assets & facilities and includes logistical support for community-driven events.

The job scope for the Operations and Events Executive, includes the following responsibilities:
Events Coordination:
- Oversee daily space coordination, including procurement, staffing plans, and organizing maintenance services, specifically for event bookings.
- Coordinate internal events or activities for the Epic Group of Companies.
- Manage space bookings at Parc, which involves providing customer support for inquiries and conducting site visits.
- Engage with community members to identify needs and suggest events, programs, or service improvements for Parc.
- Capture and report all relevant KPIs from both internal and external events.
Operations Management:
- Manage daily operations and maintenance at Parc, including coordinating service providers' regular work to maintain the hub for visitors.
- Assist management in implementing maintenance strategies, budgets, plans, and service level agreements.
- Assist in managing Parc tenants and service providers, ensuring compliance with all policies and agreements.
- Support management in preparing monthly reports regarding budgets, expenses, and KPIs.
General:
- Perform other ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.
Job Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Proficiency in digital and Google Workspace tools (Slides, Doc, Sheet, Meet), Slack, Zoom & Canva.
- Ability to write and converse in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong crisis management skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively navigate and address challenging situations.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess own transport and a valid drivers license.
Experience
- Ideally 2 years working experience with a focus on any of the following: property managment, building maintenance, operations, logistics, event management.
Note:
This position is structured around weekday hours, with the possibility of weekend duties based on event or operational needs on-site. Any weekend work will be offset by adjusted hours during the week to ensure a balanced schedule, together with the events and operational team. Anticipate at least 1-2 weekend events per month.
This job is open to individuals with a valid permit residing in Malaysia who meet the criterias above.
Renumeration
Remuneration is adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
