Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Possess at least a recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or in related fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, API, ASME), and QA/QC methodologies.
4. Familiarity with inspection techniques, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and welding procedures.
5. Proficiency in preparing and reviewing QA/QC documentation, such as ITPs, NCRs, and quality plans.
6. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
8. Certification in quality management or NDT is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
2. Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to verify the quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship.
3. Review and prepare QA/QC documentation, including inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and reports.
4. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and third-party inspectors to resolve quality-related issues.
5. Identify non-conformances, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their implementation.
6. Support project teams in achieving quality objectives and maintaining project timelines.
7. Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality standards and procedures.
8. Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and prepare regular reports for management.
