Job Description

As a Professional Services - ERP Project Manager, you will plan, organize, manage, and deliver client projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring project activities and client engagements from inception to installation, preparing project deliverables, and maintaining control of project schedules, resources, budgets, and scope. We are seeking applicants with strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, a customer-centric and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate and monitor activities of projects and client engagements, from inception to installation.
  • Prepare project deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests, and Project Lists) and use these deliverables to execute all project activities.
  • Maintain overall control of project schedule, resources, budget, and scope, ensuring project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements.
  • Certify that sufficient resources and funding are available for executing project activities.
  • Conduct weekly customer status calls and respond to client requests/questions in a timely manner, escalating issues and recommending solutions.
  • Interact with members of cross-functional teams, responsible for ad hoc projects and medium-sized projects.

What you will likely bring:

  • 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.
  • Ability to manage expectations and establish solid working relationships through the management level.
  • Regularly works at client sites; travel to other countries may be required up to 35% of the time.

What could set you apart:

  • 2+ years of project management and industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • PMP or CAPM Certification preferred.
  • ERP implementation experience preferred.
