Position Overview: 

The EQ Ambassador will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, attending to guest needs, coordinating events, conducting facility tours, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. 

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hospitality or related field
• Knowledge of event coordination and service standards
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office; training on hotel management software will be provided.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests politely and efficiently.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively.
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
