Job Description
- Creative Work: Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs, including posters, banners, signage, catalogues, brochures, and video content, tailored to meet the brand’s needs across both online and offline channels.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with brand objectives. Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube & etc). Collaborate with videographers and copywriters to produce multimedia content.
- Social Media Strategy & Management: Plan, manage, and optimize daily posting schedules across all social media platforms. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering online community discussions.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including influencer collaborations and paid social campaigns. Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track the performance of content and campaigns (e.g., engagement rates, reach, click-through rates). Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
- Brand Management & Growth: Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social platforms. Develop strategies to grow follower counts and increase engagement.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or creative content creation. Familiarity with social media platforms popular in Singapore and Malaysia (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva). Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut). Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
- Knowledge: Knowledge of ergonomic products or interest in health and wellness is a plus. Experience with SEM, SEO, or e-commerce campaigns is an advantage
- Attributes: Creative mindset with attention to detail. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
