Job Description

- Overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution including timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their vision is realized.
- Leading and coordinating with various team to ensure smooth operations.
- Identifying, negotiating with, and managing relationship with vendors and suppliers
- Overseeing on-site event setup, execution and teardown, ensuring all aspects runs according to the plan.
- Overseeing the event on the day of execution, ensuring everything runs according to the plan.
- Ensuring all events comply with the rules and regulations and managing potential risks.
- Carrying out event administration works such as event timeline, checklist to make sure the event runs smoothly. 

Job Requirements

 - Diploma/Degree in project management and other related fields
- Strong skill in project monitoring and coordinating
- 2-3 years of experience in event management, project coordination, or related roles would be an added advantage.
- Possess positive working attitude, responsible, resourceful and able to work independently
- Knowledge and awareness of health and safety procedures will be an added advantage
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and public holidays, as part of the standard expectations   for the role.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for outstation and overseas assignments (transport & overseas allowances provided).
