Role focus

This entry-level role is a builder position where you will create and scale visual assets for product listings, social campaigns, and packaging. You will turn concepts into polished artwork that sells and elevates our e-commerce presence.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Creative Production

• Design product images, gift cards, packaging, and promotional graphics ready for web and social platforms, keeping file sizes and export settings optimised.
• Create artwork for packaging, labels, and inserts that match brand tone and printing requirements.
• Prepare final print-ready files and layered source files for vendors.
• Maintain a consistent brand look across all touchpoints and update templates when needed.

Brand & E-Commerce Assets

• Produce lifestyle and promotional layouts for product listings that improve conversion and clarity.
• Adapt key visuals for multiple channels, including mobile-friendly sizes and aspect ratios.
• Edit and retouch imagery to ensure colour accuracy and professional presentation.
• Manage asset naming and simple version control so the team can deploy quickly.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and vendors to meet launch timelines and printing specs.
• Receive and act on feedback, iterate quickly, and document design decisions for future use.
• Help maintain a shared asset library and visual guidelines for the team.
• Support occasional photo shoots by creating mood boards and on-set direction notes.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or equivalent are welcome
• A portfolio showing product, social, or packaging work is required and will be assessed during shortlisting.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred but not mandatory with a strong portfolio.
• Comfortable working in a small team environment and learning on the job.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with solid command of Adobe Creative Suite workflows.
• Strong sense of typography, composition, and colour for both print and digital formats.
• Experience exporting web-ready images, working with CMYK for print, and preparing layered source files.
• Basic photo retouching and layout skills for e-commerce listings and social posts.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Curious and open to feedback, with a willingness to iterate quickly and learn from each brief.
• Good communication and time management to handle multiple small projects each week.
• Detail-oriented with a practical mindset for solving production and printing challenges.
• Team player attitude, ready to support marketing, operations, and external vendors when needed.
