Job Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to support our marketing efforts by creating engaging content and growing our brand's online presence. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, photography/videography, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media content across our platforms.
• Shoot photos and videos for social media content, including behind-the-scenes, products, events, and promotional materials.
• Edit photos and videos using editing software or mobile apps to create engaging content.
• Write creative and engaging captions that align with the brand's voice.
• Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to customer enquiries, comments, and direct messages in a professional and timely manner.
• Brainstorm and contribute fresh content ideas, campaigns, and trends to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Stay updated on current social media trends, viral content, and platform features.
• Assist in basic social media analytics by tracking content performance and suggesting improvements.
• Support the marketing team with other content-related tasks when required.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements inclusive of : 

• Passionate about social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and exploring other platforms
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Good writing skills with attention to grammar and detail.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable appearing in or directing content when needed.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
