Job Description

  • Email Marketing Content Creation:
    • Develop and create engaging, personalized email marketing content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant content, product information, and promotions for email campaigns.

  • Automation Program Management:

    • Monitor and optimize automated workflows to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
    • Expertise in customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Onsite Personalization Strategy:
    • Execute onsite personalization strategies to deliver tailored experiences to website visitors.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement personalization elements that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
    • Analyze website user data and behavior to inform personalization efforts.
  • A/B Testing:
    • Plan and execute A/B tests on the brand.com to improve user experience and conversion rates.
    • Analyze test results and provide data-driven recommendations for website optimization.
    • Continuously iterate and refine website elements for improved performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing content creation and automation.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
