Job Description

•  Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
   
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
   
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
   
• Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and company events.
   
• Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation.
   
• Provide administrative support to the HR team on day-to-day tasks.
   
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements

•  Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
   
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
   
• Willing to learn and able to maintain confidentiality.
