<ul><li>Assisting to ensure smooth running of all purchasing, receiving matters for the company.</li><li>To check and print PR / BME in daily (2 times a day).</li><li>Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to ensure minimal cost.</li><li>Issuing PO, to ensure receipt acknowledgement PO by suppliers, to follow up deliveries to ensure that goods / services are received on time, to issue GRN, batching and submit to Finance Dept.</li><li>Attend to any other task delegated by Supervisor / Executive.</li><li>To ensure all Purchasing activities are conducted according to approved company procedures and ISO requirements.</li><li>To strictly follow and practice all safety, health and environment requirements of the company.</li><li>Any other duties, as and when necessary.</li></ul>
