Job Description

1.⁠ ⁠Tour Briefings (Group Tours)

-Familiar with Microsoft tools

-Able to catch up with new system and itineraries.

  • ⁠ ⁠Detailed and able to managed bookings during peak season. 
  • ⁠ ⁠Notify all customers of their tour briefing time via WhatsApp.

(Use the appropriate WhatsApp group/details for different tours.)

  • ⁠ ⁠Send briefing materials to customers via email.

2.⁠ ⁠Balance Payment (Group Tours)

-Check all balance payments.

-Notify customers via email and follow up until full payment is received.

(Some bookings take more time to check because the booking staff did not provide clear details.)

3.Customer Reviews (Group Tours)

-Monitor Google and Facebook customer reviews.

-Send vouchers


Job Requirements

Job Requirements – 

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new booking systems and itineraries.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and multitasking skills, especially during peak season.
  • Good written communication skills in English and Mandarin (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
  • Experience using WhatsApp, email, and digital platforms for customer communication.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to handle follow-ups (e.g., payment reminders) in a professional manner.
  • Basic knowledge of handling customer reviews on platforms like Google and Facebook.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
