Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and follow up on balance payments for worldwide and China bookings, ensuring full settlement.
  • Coordinate and communicate tour briefing schedules via WhatsApp and email, providing accurate briefing notes.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google and Facebook; manage feedback professionally. 
  • Maintain accurate records of payments, tour briefings, and customer interactions.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support smooth operations across booking and customer service teams.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent; diploma in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for China bookings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp communication.
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
