Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy assistant to support our customer loyalty and rewards programme. You will work closely with the Loyalty & Partnerships Manager and Singapore team on digital marketing, member engagement, rewards and partnership activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing campaigns to grow membership and member engagement.
• Create and schedule content for social media, email, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Assist with social media content, campaign visuals and copy using Canva and Generative AI tools.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement and conversions.
• Support member registrations, rewards redemption and customer enquiries.
• Maintain and update rewards, promotions and member information.
• Assist with partner research, coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain campaign, membership and partnership records.
• Prepare basic reports on membership growth, engagement and campaign performance.
• Support other loyalty programme and marketing activities as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of digital marketing, social media, e-commerce or related experience.
• Fresh diploma graduates with relevant internship or practical digital marketing experience may also be considered.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital content creation.
• Experience with Canva, Excel/Google Sheets and digital marketing tools is preferred.
• Comfortable using or learning Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Organised, creative, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Interest in travel, lifestyle, customer loyalty or rewards programmes would be an advantage.
