Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Digital Executive to support our online marketing, content management, and campaign execution. The role involves managing SEO, social media, EDMs, and event platforms, with additional ad-hoc tasks in content editing and digital asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Content

• Manage and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic rankings.
• Plan and execute EDM campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance tracking.
• Manage event postings and campaigns through Eventbrite and other platforms.
• Help out and plan social media content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels if needed.
• Edit and produce simple marketing videos for campaigns, social posts, or events.

• Assist with planning and running livestream sessions, including promotion, on-site support, engagement monitoring, and post-stream reporting.

Content & Website Management

• Manage and update tour albums: review uploads from Tour Managers, transfer to backup systems, and create album cards.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Knowledge of SEO, EDM tools, and Eventbrite (or similar event platforms).
• Familiar with major social media platforms and content management systems.
• Basic video editing skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus (for itinerary formatting).
