Established in 2010 by a team of passionate and innovative individuals, EU Holidays Pte Ltd has been dedicated to redefining the travel experience. From the beginning, EU Holidays aimed to provide travelers with fresh, inspiring, and high-quality travel options tailored to their diverse needs. Within five years of operation, EU Holidays expanded significantly, launching three subsidiary offices to cater to specific market segments.
In 2013, EU MICE was established to focus on corporate travel, delivering seamless solutions for meetings, incentives, conventions, and events. The same year, EU Asia was launched to serve travelers exploring destinations within Asia, followed by EU Vacations in 2014 to meet the growing demand from the Malaysian market.
Despite its relative youth, EU Holidays has achieved substantial industry recognition. It was voted the Top MasterCard Supporter in NATAS Travel for three consecutive years from 2012 and awarded ‘Best Travel Agency for Europe and USA Tours’ by ESCAPE! Magazine readers. Accolades continued with the Asia Excellence Award and Singapore Excellence Award in 2013, as well as the Singapore Quality Brands award and Weekender Travellers’ Choice Award in 2014. Responsible for developing, costing, preparing, coordinating, and submitting competitive education tour proposals and tenders, while working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to secure new business opportunities.

1) Proposal &amp; Tender Preparation

<li>Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, tenders, and programme submissions for schools, educational institutions, and corporate clients.</li>
<li>Review tender requirements and ensure all submission criteria are addressed.</li>
<li>Develop detailed itineraries, programme concepts, learning objectives, and value-added activities.</li>
<li>Coordinate information and supporting documents from suppliers and internal departments.</li>
<li>Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, professionally presented, and submitted within deadlines.</li>

2) Programme &amp; Product Development

<li>Research destinations, educational attractions, industry visits, workshops, and learning activities.</li>
<li>Design education tours and learning journeys according to client requirements.</li>
<li>Develop creative programme ideas and educational components to strengthen proposals.</li>
<li>Source suitable hotels, restaurants, transport, attractions, and suppliers for programme costing</li>
