Job Description
Responsible for developing, costing, preparing, coordinating, and submitting competitive education tour proposals and tenders, while working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to secure new business opportunities.
1) Proposal & Tender Preparation
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, tenders, and programme submissions for schools, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
- Review tender requirements and ensure all submission criteria are addressed.
- Develop detailed itineraries, programme concepts, learning objectives, and value-added activities.
- Coordinate information and supporting documents from suppliers and internal departments.
- Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, professionally presented, and submitted within deadlines.
2) Programme & Product Development
- Research destinations, educational attractions, industry visits, workshops, and learning activities.
- Design education tours and learning journeys according to client requirements.
- Develop creative programme ideas and educational components to strengthen proposals.
- Source suitable hotels, restaurants, transport, attractions, and suppliers for programme costing
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, Education, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, tourism, travel, education, event management, or a related industry.
- A proactive, responsible, and team-oriented attitude with a strong interest in the education tourism and travel industry.
- Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, tenders, costing, or programme itineraries will be an added advantage.
