This position will be based at EU Vacations (Kuala Lumpur & Melaka)
Basic Salary : RM 2000 – RM 3000 (Melaka)
Basic Salary ; RM 3000 – RM 4000 (KL)
What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assist with bookings, payments, and travel documentation
- Provide accurate information on tour packages and services
- Support customers before and during their trips
- Lead overseas tours as a tour manager when required
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and service mindset
- Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Willingness to travel and lead group tours
- Customer service or travel experience is an advantage
