Job Description

  1. Design, implement, and manage workplace training and evaluation programs that meet both organizational needs and regulatory standards.
  2. Oversee employee performance management systems and conduct ongoing performance reviews.
  3. Create and facilitate training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, competencies, and career growth.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and modify programs for continuous improvement and measurable results.
  5. Keep precise HR records, documentation, and employee files in line with data protection laws.
  6. Offer HR assistance and advice to staff and management regarding policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
  7. Participate in workforce planning and succession planning activities.
  8. Ensure adherence to employment laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
  9. Work alongside management to identify training requirements and develop tailored assessment approaches.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  2. Demonstrated experience in Human Resources management within manufacturing or industrial environments
  3. Proven ability to design and implement workplace training programs and perform employee evaluations
  4. In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulatory standards
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization
  6. Skilled in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
  7. Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail
  8. Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and tact
  9. Innovative problem-solver with a proactive, team-oriented approach to workplace issues
  10. Preferred familiarity with best practices in learning and development
