Job Description

  1.  Responsible for the preparation/evaluation of the company's foreign-related contracts, and participate in the negotiation of major contracts.
  2. Participate in the handling of company's foreign-related disputes and disputes, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company. Control the case risk, escalate major contracts and litigation cases (limited to contracts as well as cases that have a significant impact on the company's assets, liabilities, rights and interests and operating results) to the International Legal Department at headquarters.
  3. Participate in the construction and improvement of the company's legal risk control system.
  4. Responsible for the company's labor legal affairs support.
  5. Responsible for communication and liaison with local lawyers.
  6. Seal management, internal legal training and other matters.

Job Requirements

 

  1. Familiar with Malaysian laws and regulations on manufacturing, civil business, construction, intellectual property, labor and employment law, occupational safety and health, social security, etc.
  2. Experience in local litigation and arbitration cases.
  3. Understanding of compliance and risk management system basics.
  4. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in law related disciplines
  5. Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  6. Passing the Malay Law Examination (MYCLP) is preferred.
