What you'll be doing

• Key Responsibilities:
  
• Production Management
  
• Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
• Cost Control & Efficiency
  
• Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Quality Assurance
  
• Ensure product quality meets company standards through on-site quality control checks.
• Safety Leadership
  
• Drive workplace safety initiatives to achieve zero-accident targets and maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Management
  
• Train, guide, and supervise local production team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Continuous Improvement
  
• Collaborate with management to improve processes, optimize operations, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above with more than two years of production management experience.
• Understand lean production, 5S and safe and civilized production knowledge, ISO 9001 basic knowledge, ISO 14001 basic knowledge, IATF 16949/ VDA quality management system basic knowledge and so on.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and implement data-driven improvements
• Good command of Bahasa Melayu, Chinese-Mandarin(Need report to the Chinese leaders) and English.
• Be able to accept training in China if need after joining (Stand the expense by the company).
