Job Description

As an Events Intern, you will be exposed to real-world event planning and execution. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
• Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth event operations.
• Supporting the team with event logistics, setup, and teardown.
• Helping with administrative tasks such as preparing event documents, reports, and presentations.
• Contributing creative ideas for event concepts and engagement activities.
• Managing guest lists, RSVPs, and event-related communications.
• Assisting in digital and social media marketing for event promotions.
• Conducting market research and gathering feedback for event improvements.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Passionate about the events industry and willing to learn.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with social media marketing is a bonus.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
