- Create event concepts themes and innovative ideas in line with client objectives and brand.
- Control event budgets and schedules ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Handle event arrangements such as selecting venues arranging transportation catering and audio-visual equipment.
- Implement event registration and ticketing procedures.
- Develop event marketing strategies and materials including invitations signs and promotional materials.
