🚀 The Opportunity

Are you a strategic planner with a knack for optimizing workflows and solving technical problems?

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of our laundry plant facilities. In this role, you will be the right hand to the Laundry Manager, taking charge of machinery maintenance, production floor workflows, and quality control.

If you have a background in production planning, maintenance, or customer service and love turning operational bottlenecks into seamless processes, we want you on our team!

⚙️ What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

• Production & Workflow Optimization: Design and establish highly efficient workflows on the production floor to maximize output and increase overall team productivity.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Plan and manage the preventative maintenance schedule for all plant machinery. Swiftly troubleshoot any equipment issues or laundry quality drops to minimize downtime.
• Vendor & Inventory Management: Collaborate directly with suppliers for machinery upkeep, chemical supply orders, and stock inventory tracking.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between the production, delivery, and management teams to solve daily operational problems.
• Safety & Daily Operations: Assist the Laundry Manager in overseeing daily plant operations while strictly enforcing workplace safety standards at all times.

Job Requirements

🎓 Who We Are Looking For

1. Education: You must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Production Planning, Maintenance Planning, Customer Service, or a closely related field.
   
2. The Problem Solver: You have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think on your feet when machinery or quality issues arise.
   
3. The Communicator: Excellent coordination skills to effectively manage suppliers and align internal teams (production, delivery, and management).
