Social media Content Creator responsible for analyzing competitors and viral content, developing content templates and video scripts, building and managing a content pool and production workflow, optimizing video completion and engagement rates, monitoring financial market trends, and contributing creative ideas to drive digital growth.

Analyze competitors’ social media channels and viral content to identify and summarize effective content patterns.

•  建立内容模板，包括脚本结构及视频节奏。

Develop content templates, including script structures and video pacing.

•  建立和管理内容创意库（Content Pool）及内容生产流程。

Build and manage the Content Pool and content production workflow.

•  策划内容主题并撰写视频脚本。

Develop content topics and write video scripts.

•  优化视频完播率及互动率。

Optimize video completion rates and engagement rates.

•  关注金融行业的热门趋势。

Monitor trending topics and emerging trends in the financial markets industry.

•  参与团队讨论并提出创新内容创意。

Participate in team discussions and contribute innovative content ideas.

Job Requirements

任职要求 REQUIREMENTS

•  具有短视频脚本撰写或短视频内容创作经验。

Experience in short-form video scriptwriting or content creation.

•  具备良好的信息整合及处理能力。

Strong ability to collect, organize, and process information.

•  熟悉国际互联网趋势。

Good understanding of international Internet trends.

•  具备基础英语阅读和理解能力。

Basic English reading and comprehension skills.

•  对金融市场、投资领域感兴趣或具有相关知识。

Interest in or knowledge of financial markets and investment.

•  有媒体传播 / Social Media 相关经验者优先。

Experience in Media / Social Media is preferred.

•  经常使用 TikTok / Instagram。

Regularly use TikTok / Instagram.

•  能够使用英语或中文进行沟通者优先。

Candidates who can communicate in English or Chinese are preferred.

KPI  KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

•  每天分析 15 条热门爆款内容。

Analyze 15 viral content pieces per day.

•  每天撰写 10 个视频脚本。

Write 10 video scripts per day.

•  视频爆款率 ≥ 10%。

Viral video rate ≥ 10%.

•  视频完播率 ≥ 35%。

Video completion rate ≥ 35%.

•  视频分享率 ≥ 3%。

Video share rate ≥ 3%.

•  每周至少产出 1 条爆款视频。

Produce at least 1 viral video per week.
