Job Description

Multilingual Customer Service & Operations Executive based near KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. Full-time, on-site role providing customer support across via messaging, phone and email; handling back-office operations including data entry, record keeping and basic system maintenance; supporting daily operations and basic sales activities. Work hours are 9:00 AM–9:00 PM with 4 rest days per month.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via online channels (messaging, phone, email)
• Communicate with customers 
• Assist with customer account, order and transaction-related enquiries
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflows
• Handle back-office tasks such as data entry, record keeping and basic system maintenance
• Follow up on customer feedback and help improve service quality
• Assist with basic sales activities and introduce company products and services
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Basic sales background or experience
• Quick-thinking, adaptable and good at problem-solving
• Strong communication skills, patience and a service-oriented mindset
• Able to work within the 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM working hours
• Familiar with basic computer and office software
