Job Description

Hiring a Social Media Operator to operate and manage social media channels (TikTok, Telegram, Facebook, IG and other platforms). Responsible for publishing videos, posts and community content per content plans, optimizing captions/hashtags/keywords and posting schedules, managing comments and messages, growing and maintaining user communities, tracking performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth) and collaborating with content/video teams to improve reach and engagement.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage social media channels including TikTok, Telegram, Facebook and IG; publish videos, posts and community content according to content plans.
• Optimize captions, hashtags, keywords and posting times to improve content reach and visibility.
• Manage comments, private messages and community interactions; respond to user inquiries and guide discussions to increase community engagement.
• Support development and maintenance of user communities; drive social media traffic to company core channels.
• Track and organize operational data (views, engagement rate, follower/community growth) and regularly report performance with optimization suggestions.
• Collaborate with Content/Video teams to plan and publish content aligned with market trends and user needs.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with TikTok, IG and other social media platform operations, including posting rules, hashtags, keywords, engagement mechanisms and basic data analysis.
• Experience in social media operations.
• Strong awareness of market trends and user interests; able to identify and follow trending topics promptly.
• Ability to create short-form content and basic copywriting (titles, captions) and propose short-video content directions.
• Good communication skills, proactive attitude, data awareness and strong execution capability.
