Job Description

• Assist engineers in preparing, compiling, and reviewing projects for fire protection systems and equipment. 
• Help in comparing site reports with previous records to identify recurring issues, project trends, or improvement needs.
• Assist in processing incoming customer orders and sales documents to coordinate timely deliveries within standard response guidelines.
• Help cross-check item specifications and order correctness against original documents to ensure 100% accuracy and eliminate mistakes.
• Support the service team by preparing sales invoices, quotations and other sales-related documentation promptly upon instruction.
• Follow up on delivery records to ensure properly chopped and signed Delivery Orders (DO) are returned for timely invoice processing.
• Support in organizing, filing, and updating documentation such as project checklists, test records, certificates, and customer reports.
• To attend and write minutes of meeting for site meetings.
• Any other duties or ad-hoc matters assigned by management as and when required.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Able to read and interpret basic technical drawings.
3. Computer literate.
4. Understand English and/or BM.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Fit, healthy
