A. First-Class Customer Service Standard
● Welcome and greet every guest warmly, delivering a first-class BattleKart experience from arrival to departure.
● Provide accurate, up-to-date information on packages, rates, and BattleKart's signature game modes.
● Explain the BattleKart concept and augmented-reality experience clearly to guests who are new to the brand.
● Conduct or support pre-session briefings with guests on safety rules, go-kart handling and SOP, in coordination with the arena/floor operations team.
● Maintain a polished, presentable, professional, and energetic front-of-house presence at all times.
B. Cashier & Routine Transactions
● Manage the cashier counter and process all sales transactions (cash, card, e-wallet) accurately using the POS system and back end portal.
● Perform daily cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting in line with company procedure.
● Issue receipts and process adjustments strictly according to policy.
● Handle retail, merchandise, and package add-on sales as required.
● Cross cover with floor team when required.
C. Opening & Closing Procedures
● Carry out daily opening procedures — counter and systems setup, float verification, and readiness checks.
● Carry out daily closing procedures — end-of-day cash reconciliation, reporting, and secure handover.
● Ensure the front desk, lounge, and customer areas are neat, clean, and fully ready for operations at open and close.
D. Booking & Reservation Assistance
● Assist walk-in and end to end online customers with session bookings, follow up, schedule changes, and package selection.
● Coordinate booking and session timing with the operations/track team to manage guest flow and capacity.
● Confirm booking details, manage waitlists, and proactively communicate any delays or changes to guests.
● Manage all incoming calls and BattleKart KL's official communication channels (phone, WhatsApp Business, email) for customer enquiries, feedback, and support requests.
E. Guest Inquiries & Attentiveness
● Respond attentively and courteously to all guest questions, requests, and concerns, escalating to the Duty/Branch Manager where needed.
● Manage phone calls and company communication channels for customer enquiries and support.
● Follow up proactively with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
● Provide secretarial, administrative, and inventory support as and when required.
F. Arena Floor & Operations Duties
● Conduct pre-session briefing to driver/customer, safety rules, go-kart handling and standard procedure.
● Assist with daily opening and closing, operations and any maintenance required.
● Ensuring arena safety standards are adhered to throughout each session.
● Assist with additional duties arena and facility maintenance as required.
● Manage and guide customers into the arena.
● The Hybrid anchor of the role cross cover handling front desk, briefing, assisting customers/guests when required.
G. Support / General
● Cleaning standards (Arena floor and area, front desk and cashier area, customer/common lounge area, briefing area, and staff room).
● Waste management and equipment care, including projection equipment.
● Coordination with operations/front desk during events or peak hours.
● SPM holders and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
● Good communication skills and fluent English and Malay (Mandarin, Cantonese and other languages are a plus; energetic, friendly, and guest-focused personality.)
● Prior customer service or cashier experience preferred; familiarity with POS / computer systems is an advantage.
● Hardworking, proactive, and helpful, with strong integrity, honesty, and high commitment to the job.
● Able to work across multiple departments when required. Multi-skilled workforce model.
● Able to work as part of a team, and comfortable working weekends, peak season, and public holidays.
● Shift-based schedule and rotation based on 45 working hours per week (5 working days, 2 off days).
● Guideline age range of approximately 21–33 years.
● Open to both male and female applicants.
● Familiarity with the entertainment, leisure, hospitality, or tourism industry is an advantage.
