A. Technical Maintenance & Equipment Support

● Perform routine/scheduled maintenance, inspection, and basic repairs on electronics, systems, and go-karts.

● Assist in diagnosing electronics, systems, and mechanical issues; escalate complex issues to senior team members for further troubleshooting.

● Conduct pre- and post-run electronics, systems, and mechanical diagnostics to ensure operational execution, safety, and reliability.

● Ensure devices, tools, and equipment are in good condition and stored properly after use.

● Ensure all maintenance logs are documented properly and clearly.

● Assist with general facilities management tasks such as minor repairs, diagnosis, troubleshooting, system maintenance reports, electronics, and equipment support.

B. Daily Arena & Floor Operations

● Carry out daily arena and floor operations to ensure smooth session flow and guest readiness.

● Carry out opening and closing procedures, including equipment and systems setup, shutdown, and readiness checks.

● Ensure arena safety standards are upheld at all times during operating hours.

● Conduct go-kart safety and condition checks before and after each session.

● Work closely with the wider team to ensure facility readiness and smooth daily operations.

C. Inventory & Workplace Standards

● Oversee inventory movement within the workstation.

● Track, record, and update stock levels for devices, electrical equipment, spare parts, consumables, and tools.

● Coordinate with Management for stock replenishment and ordering.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace environment at all times.

● Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, holding high standards for accuracy, cleanliness, and workmanship, ensuring equipment and karts in the workstation are kept in top condition.

D. Arena Floor Safety & Operations Duties

● To ensure environment safety rules, go-kart handling and standard procedure.

● Assist with daily opening and closing, operations and any maintenance required.

● Ensuring arena safety standards are adhered to throughout each session.

● Assist with additional duties in the arena and general facility maintenance as required.

● The Hybrid anchor of the role covers handling operations, assisting customers/guests when required.

E. Support / General

● Cleaning standards (Workshop clean and tidy, arena floor and area, customer/common lounge area, briefing area, and staff room).

● Waste management and equipment care, including projection equipment.

● Coordination with operations/front desk during events or peak hours.

Job Requirements

● SPM holders and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

● Minimum foundational knowledge in Electronic/Electrical equipment or a related field; practical, hands-on industry experience is valued over formal qualifications.

● Good communication skills. Fluent English and Malay (Other languages are a plus; energetic, friendly, and guest-focused personality.)

● Basic working knowledge of go-karts or general vehicle systems is an advantage (training provided for specific go-kart models).

● Familiar with basic inventory handling and stock tracking.

● Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset.

● Hardworking, proactive, and helpful, with strong integrity, honesty, and high commitment to the job.

● Able to work across multiple departments when required. Multi-skilled workforce model.

● Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative; team player.

● Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Leadership skills and experience related to technical or operations roles are an added advantage and welcomed to apply.

● Able to work as part of a team, and comfortable working on call shifts, weekends, peak season, and public holidays.

● Passion for motorsports or hands-on electronics and mechanical work.

● Shift-based schedule and rotation based on 45 working hours per week (5 working days, 2 off days).

● Guideline age range of approximately 21–35 years.
