Job Description

A Salesforce is an important cog for any successful business. In terms of revenue, the Sales Executive are crucial key people, responsible for bringing in new potential customers to retain, engage, and sway current customers into making the right decisions. This role is also responsible for promoting the company’s existing brands and products and will work closely with relevant departments to introduce our company’s products and services to customers. 
The Sales Executive also has a finger on the pulse of the business sphere at all times, building and maintaining relationships with important clients whilst conducting research to better understand customer requirements. Housekeeping tasks include analysing potential clientele markets, preparing sales meeting schedules, and ensuring sales quotas, targets, and goals are met.

JOBSCOPE:

  • Promote the company’s existing brands and introduce our products to the market to garner sales from prospective clients.
  • Prepare scheduling plans and execute sales meet-ups to ensure that the sales meets its quotas and goals.
  • Conduct research to understand consumer requirements and identify market and B2B trends.
  • Suggest and develop sales-kit improvements to achieve the company’s sales goals with effective sales and presentation strategies.
  • Investigate, gather, and summarise sales data and trends to draft reports for post-mortem reviews.
  • Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Stay current in the industry by attending sales opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
  • Assist in sales support duties such as sales enquiries, sales quotations and sales invoices for enquiry and orders received.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant Business, Sales, Communications, or related field.
  • Relevant years of experiences in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Integrity and dependability; must show up when needed and be willing to go beyond the call of duty.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Analytical thinking; able to analyse business and market trends and steer sales endeavours accordingly.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • High competence and a positive attitude in customer service and customer complaint resolution.
  • Passionate interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills; must be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently with multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail.

 

SALES WORKING HOURS:

Monday-Sunday: Five (5) Working Days with Two (2) Off Days per week.

9 Working Hours (1 hour break) per day / 45 hours per week.
