Job Description

Job Purpose:

We're looking for a Finance Intern who is eager to gain real-world experience in accounting operations. This internship offers practical exposure to both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, guided directly by our Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Assist in preparing and issuing invoices and credit notes
• Support in sending Statements of Account (SOA) and following up on outstanding payments
• Help maintain customer records and assist with account reconciliation

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Assist in processing supplier invoices and updating vendor records
• Support monthly reconciliation of vendor SOAs

General Finance Support

• Maintain proper documentation for AR/AP transactions
• Support month-end and year-end closing tasks
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and provide general support to the Finance team

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related field.
• Basic Excel skills, AutoCount knowledge is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Able to manage tasks independently and communicate effectively
