Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent with at least >2 years relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of Account Receivable and experience of working in SSC is an advantage.
  • Good communications skills both verbal and written in English.
  • Candidates assigned to manage the EMEA and America markets portfolio would be required to work according to the relevant shift hours.
  • A team player, meticulous, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Depending on the individual assignment, different language skills will be required.
  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft office and preferred have experience in SAP system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to Group Corporate procedure, policy and internal guidelines.  Ensure compliance with internal controls and keep proper evidence & required documentation to meet internal / external audit standards.
  • Download bank statement and perform incoming posting according to the bank statement.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation in timely and quality manner.
  • Coordinate with other AR team members and achieve a high level of teamwork in the completion of document processing and resolving AR related issues.
  • Perform month end closing activities in the Runbook to ensure tasks are completed within the timeline.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationship with Local Services.
  • Assist in trouble shooting, decision making, identification and communication of potential issues.
  • Perform adhoc assignment on regression test and project testing if needed.
  • Supporting local services in terms of internal and external audit.
  • Liaise with customer service and local finance to get information.
  • Participate in continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness.
