Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational handling of Ariba activities and follow-up tasks related to Ariba orders

• Management of Ariba catalogs

• Support for SAP Ariba end users (requesters and procurement) as well as technical support for SAP Ariba users (requesters and procurement)

• Assistance with project and testing activities related to Ariba

• Support for process improvement in downstream Ariba processes

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training

• Initial professional experience in commercial roles such as procurement, sales, project management, etc.

• Strong proficiency in working with IT tools and systems (e. g., MS Office, SAP)

• High IT affinity and interest in engaging with new technologies

• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Analytical mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach, as well as high commitment and flexibility

• Strong communication and teamwork skills and a solution-oriented working style combined with initiative and willingness to perform
